Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Wall Pal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Wall Pal provides tools to record climbing activity, manage gym spaces, review analytics, and follow hangboard training sessions. The service may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time.
Health and safety
Wall Pal provides general training information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Climbing and hangboard training involve a risk of injury. You are responsible for warming up, choosing an appropriate load, following safe technique, and stopping if you experience pain. Consult a qualified health professional before beginning or changing training, particularly if you have an injury or medical condition.
Your account and content
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for the content you submit. You must not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or submit content that infringes another person’s rights. You keep ownership of your content; you grant us the limited permission needed to store, synchronise, and display it to provide Wall Pal.
Subscriptions and payments
Premium features are offered through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to that store’s payment terms. Charges, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and price changes are managed by the store. Deleting a Wall Pal account does not cancel an active subscription. Manage or cancel it through the store where it was purchased.
Third-party services
Wall Pal uses third-party services such as Firebase, Cloudflare, RevenueCat, AdMob, Apple, Google Play, and OpenStreetMap. Their availability and terms are outside our control. Your use of their services may also be governed by their terms and policies.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wall Pal is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination and changes
You may stop using Wall Pal at any time. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or applicable law. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms.

Cuenta y contenido
Usted es responsable de proteger sus credenciales de cuenta y el contenido que suba. Conserva la propiedad de su contenido y nos otorga el permiso necesario para alojarlo y sincronizarlo en el servicio.
Suscripciones y pagos
Las funciones premium se ofrecen a través de Apple App Store o Google Play y están sujetas a sus términos. Gestionar o cancelar suscripciones debe realizarse desde la tienda correspondiente.
Servicios de terceros
Wall Pal utiliza servicios de terceros como Firebase, Cloudflare, RevenueCat, AdMob y OpenStreetMap. Su uso puede regirse por las políticas de dichos proveedores.
Exención de responsabilidad
En la medida máxima permitida por ley, Wall Pal se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad" sin garantías de ningún tipo.
Terminación y modificaciones
Puede dejar de usar Wall Pal en cualquier momento. Podemos actualizar estos términos publicando una versión revisada con nueva fecha de vigencia.

Gesundheit und Sicherheit
Wall Pal bietet ausschließlich allgemeine Trainingsinformationen und stellt keine medizinische Beratung dar. Klettern und Krafttraining bergen Verletzungsrisiken. Sie sind selbst für Aufwärmen, angemessene Belastung und Sicherheit verantwortlich.
Konto und Inhalte
Sie tragen die Verantwortung für Ihre Zugangsdaten und eingereichten Inhalte. Sie behalten das Eigentum an Ihren Inhalten und gewähren uns die zur Bereitstellung erforderlichen Nutzungsrechte.
Abonnements und Zahlungen
Premium-Funktionen werden über Apple App Store oder Google Play angeboten und unterliegen deren Bedingungen. Kündigungen und Erstattungen erfolgen über den jeweiligen App Store.
Drittanbieterdienste
Wall Pal bindet Drittanbieterdienste wie Firebase, Cloudflare, RevenueCat, AdMob und OpenStreetMap ein. Deren Nutzung unterliegt gegebenenfalls deren eigenen Bestimmungen.
Haftungsausschluss
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, wird Wall Pal "wie besehen" und ohne ausdrückliche Garantien bereitgestellt.
Kündigung und Änderungen
Sie können die Nutzung jederzeit beenden. Wir können diese Bedingungen aktualisieren; die weitere Nutzung gilt als Zustimmung.

Aanvaarding
Door Wall Pal te downloaden, openen of gebruiken, gaat u akkoord met deze Algemene Voorwaarden en het Privacybeleid. Als u niet akkoord gaat, gebruik de app dan niet.
De dienst
Wall Pal biedt tools voor het bijhouden van klimactiviteiten, het beheren van klimlocaties, analyse en hangboard-training. De dienst kan te allen tijde worden gewijzigd of bijgewerkt.
Gezondheid en veiligheid
Wall Pal biedt uitsluitend algemene trainingsinformatie en geen medisch advies. Klimmen en hangboard-training brengen risico's op blessures met zich mee. U bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor een goede warming-up en veilige belasting.
Uw account en inhoud
U bent verantwoordelijk voor uw inloggegevens en ingevoerde gegevens. U behoudt de eigendom van uw inhoud en verleent ons de benodigde toestemming om deze op te slaan en weer te geven.
Abonnements en betalingen
Premium-functies worden aangeboden via Apple App Store of Google Play. Beheer en annulering van abonnementen verlopen via de betreffende winkel.
Diensten van derden
Wall Pal maakt gebruik van diensten zoals Firebase, Cloudflare, RevenueCat, AdMob en OpenStreetMap. Voor het gebruik hiervan kunnen aanvullende voorwaarden gelden.
Aansprakelijkheid
Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan wordt Wall Pal geleverd "zoals het is" zonder enige vorm van garantie.
Beëindiging en wijzigingen
U kunt het gebruik van Wall Pal op elk gewenst moment stopzetten. We kunnen deze voorwaarden bijwerken; voortgezet gebruik geldt als aanvaarding.

Le funzionalità premium sono gestite tramite Apple App Store o Google Play. La gestione e la cancellazione degli abbonamenti avvengono attraverso il relativo store.

Wall Pal si avvale di terze parti come Firebase, Cloudflare, RevenueCat, AdMob e OpenStreetMap, i cui servizi sono soggetti ai rispettivi termini.
Limitazione di responsabilità
Nella misura consentita dalla legge, Wall Pal è fornito "così com'è" senza garanzie di alcun tipo.
Risoluzione e modifiche
Puoi interrompere l'uso di Wall Pal in qualsiasi momento. Possiamo aggiornare questi termini pubblicando la versione aggiornata.

Les fonctionnalités premium sont proposées via l'App Store d'Apple ou Google Play et dépendent de leurs conditions tarifaires. La gestion et l'annulation s'effectuent directement depuis la boutique.
